RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy for customers in the European Union. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which it was received, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs when returning a product because of a change of mind.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Aionic Store will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the returned package until it is received by us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately at zeuschrtaylor@gmail.com if the product is defective, damaged, or different from the product ordered.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

- Perishable goods, food, beverages, flowers, or plants
- Custom-made, personalised, or specially ordered products
- Opened or used cosmetics, personal-care products, or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards

Sale products may only be excluded from return where permitted by applicable consumer law.

EXCHANGES

To exchange a product, please contact us first. The quickest method is usually to return the original product and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the replacement product.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers receiving goods within the European Union generally have the right to cancel or return an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The returned product must be unused, unworn, with its tags and original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the returned product and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

No restocking fee is charged.
